Gluten Intolerant perhaps?
Look at the signs:
♨️Other autoimmune conditions besides celiac disease
♨️Other chronic health issues, such as Hashimoto’s, Crohn’s, or adrenal fatigue
♨️Skin eruptions in the form of eczema, cold sores, or acne
♨️Chronic unexplained fatigue
♨️Chronic unexplained joint pain (or rheumatoid arthritis, another autoimmune disease)
♨️Indigestion, bloating, gas, heartburn, or other uncomfortable symptoms that occur after eating
♨️Congestion during or after eating
♨️Unexplained anxiety, moodiness, or irritability
♨️Chronic headaches or migraines
The ones that showed up for me in the past were skin rashes, hives, psoriasis, anxiety and joint pain. So if I do get accidentally “glutened” or “soyed” I know to be careful to avoid the same situation whether it was a particular product or menu item.
Be healthy and start with a healthy gut.
