- A good clockwise belly rub (the direction of your digestive path) add peppermint oil (2-3 drops to the lotion or oil you may use against your skin for a bonus during this treatment!
- Stretching through your mid section
- Do something physical and as simple as a brisk walk to encourage motility in the gut
- 1/4 – 1/2 baking soda in a glass of water. Avoid this treatment as a frequent remedy.
