I almost agree! Not just a cold….. No need to state the obvious. 🤫 (covid19) 🥴

So I’m thinking its best to stay healthy!
Here are some pro tips:

Systemic Enzymes
By eating lots of raw, sprouted and fermented fruits and vegetables.

Bioflavonoids, or Flavonoids
Quercetin is a flavonoid that can be found in vegetables and fruits, such as leafy greens, broccoli, tomatoes, and berries.
Rutin can be found in various vegetables and fruits, including apples, citrus, figs, green tea, black tea, and buckwheat.

Ginger
Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory herb, add to a tea!

Bergamont
It has been used as an aromatic essential oil and it’s an ingredient in Earl Grey tea. I take it in oil form. You can also find it encapsulated.

Rosemary
Rosemary is not only a delicious herb commonly used in the kitchen, but it is also incredibly powerful.
