Don’t think you won’t need to ease off the juice routine.

β—¦ Introduce only one group of food for the whole day which should be a slow cooked vegetable 🍲 soup.

β—¦ Start with juice in the morning as breakfast.

β—¦ Have a small bowl of soup for lunch.

β—¦ Another juice 2 hours after that. Followed by another 2 hours after that.

β—¦ That should bring you to dinner time for another but larger bowl of soup.

Our findings are that too much variety, or thinking you can have three meals the day after juicing is too much demand on your digestive system. Avoid raw foods like salads on day one.

Day two you can have soup for breakfast if you like and simple plain raw vegetables and a small amount of protein-but basically keep it plain for lunch and dinner.

NO SNACKING!! So plan your three meals. Plant based is best! I only use my homemade bone broth for nutrients from an animal every morning and eat meat about one time every 1-2 weeks.

That way if you are plant based (pegan) but not vegan you will not rely on plants, nuts, seeds or legumes for protein.

If you are FLogging (food logging) in your journal like you should then you are keeping track of your day and learning which foods feel good and which don’t.

Each day add variety as your body allows.

Follow the FLog food laws for an anti-inflammatory diet.

Down 3 pounds and feeling AMAZING!! Day 6 of the journey back to better weight management. Goal to hit is by June-July.
