Start with an anti-inflammatory diet and reduce your exposure to:
- Mercury, lead, aluminum and arsenic
- Toxic molds
- Heavy-moderate alcohol intake and illegal or prescription drugs
- Pesticide/herbicide, flouride, DDT/DDE, Polychlorinated biphenyl’s (PCB’S)
- Aspartame, MSG, flame retardants and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
