What does the break-fast look like in the late morning?

Probably not like yours…

Water – 1 cup
Strawberry – 2-3
Banana – thickener/texture – 1/4 – 1/2
Blueberry – antioxidants – 1/3 cup
Spinach – fiber – 1 cup
Apple cider vinegar – probiotic – 1tsp
Bergamont – gut health – 1 drop ONLY, or its ruined.
Elderberry, echinacea goldenseal – immune boost – 1 dropper full
Kratom – pain and wellbeing – 1-2 tsp
Gut super foods (gluten free) – prebiotic – 1/4 scoop or 1 TSP
Thermo-XT – energy boost – I open the capsules in order to only use 1/4 tsp – or else I’d get jittery.
