Based on my last post I just have to share my favorite gluten free bread options.
I don’t partake often as I also avoid fillers such as gums used to bind ingredients together in foods that lack the convenience of the sticky gluten protein found in all grains. Wheat just happens to be a sticky one commonly used in most food and even soaps and body products.
THE EPICLY SHORT LIST:
Sourdough by BREAD SRSLY (Order on their website)
Little Northern Bakehouse (Found at Sprouts Farmers Markets)
Canyon Bakehouse (Found at Wholefoods and Sprouts Markets)
Why is the list so short? Because these have an ingredient list on the shorter and least inflammatory side. In your FLog Journal they would have fewer points. And I haven’t tried everything….I’m too picky!
