Gluten Intolerant perhaps?

Look at the signs:

Other autoimmune conditions besides celiac disease
Other chronic health issues, such as Hashimoto’s, Crohn’s, or adrenal fatigue
Skin eruptions in the form of eczema, cold sores, or acne
Chronic unexplained fatigue
Chronic unexplained joint pain (or rheumatoid arthritis, another autoimmune disease)
Indigestion, bloating, gas, heartburn, or other uncomfortable symptoms that occur after eating
Constipation
Diarrhea
Congestion during or after eating
Unexplained anxiety, moodiness, or irritability
Chronic headaches or migraines
Brain fog
Depression
Anxiety

The ones that showed up for me in the past were skin rashes, hives, psoriasis, anxiety and joint pain. So if I do get accidentally “glutened” or “soyed” I know to be careful to avoid the same situation whether it was a particular product or menu item.

I strongly recommend more reading at (I know you can’t copy paste this but look it up anyway) http://ow.ly/KgA550Ati42
