Artificial Flavorings and ingredients, like aspartame, MSG, monosodium glutamate, artificial coloring, high fructose corn syrup, guar gum, sodium benzoate and trans fats. (to name a few)
Gluten and Grains
Gluten is a protein found in a variety of grains and is not naturally digested due to its natural disposition to survive–even in the digestive system.
A large number of the population is sensitive to gluten and may experience inflammation, pain, and health issues from it.
Sugar and Processed Foods
Processed Vegetable Oils, like corn oil, canola oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, and peanut oil. They are high in omega-6 fatty acids.
Caffeine (too much)
Coffee and other caffeinated drinks, such as sodas and energy drinks may cause jittery effects and stimulate flight or fight hormones and are also full of sugar (even fake sugar alcohols) and artificial ingredients.
Non organic conventionally raised animal products
They are treated with hormones and antibiotics and fed with grain instead of grass or the diet naturally found in a natural environment.
