A New Dish 🥘

A new dish!!! Made it up like I do most things.


I can eat this everyday!
Yay for plant based food!


And adding in the” label food” vegan cheese……up to you….It tastes great with and without.
My preferred cooking fat is the organic bacon fat collected after my husband’s jerky is baked in the oven. Makes anything taste amazing!

Bake (425degress)
add the optional vegan cheese and greens towards the end to cook/melt.
Bake 15 minutes
Crimini mushrooms
Red potatoes
Next 15 minutes —add
Chives
Micro cilantro sprouts (different flavor that full grown cilantro)
I used a garlic pepper seasoning 1tsp-ish. Optional vegan “mozzarella” cheese by Violife 🤤 😁
