Get Your Oven Busy!

While you’re at home, let’s give the oven something to do. Heat your house and dehydrate 🥓!!!

Learn how to make bacon jerky. 🤤 Depending on how hot your oven operates: heat from 150-220 degrees. Spread out #organic bacon strips on a rack like pictured. Bake 1hr.

Mix organic maple syrup with something you’d like (spicy or savory) I use a southwest seasoning mix. Spreeeeead it on! Bake another 1-1.5 hrs. You’ll know the done-ness that you’ll like.

Either still looks light in color or dark would be very well done. Up to you!

You can refrigerate or not because that depends on how fast you’ll devour it. That’s so #keto. Enjoy!! I recommend baking two pounds on two racks. Might last you (2 people) two days…maybe more….😜
