New year – new you? I certainly hope to grow and change for the better with every year’s life lessons.
So, YES it’s a new year – 2020 – and YES I will work on a new healthier, happier, more patient and gracious ME.
January 2, 2020 is the start of a new month long program.
I call it the “Triple S Cleanse” * Smoothie * Salad * Soup*
That’s all I will consume for January – while of course following my auto immune pegan *AIP* protocol.
Which means keeping to an anti inflammatory diet. Carbohydrates besides what is naturally in every plant will include occasional white rice or a root vegetable.
Animal protein (organic preferably) 1-2 times a week. Which can be of your choice. My choice usually includes beef, bison, lamb or pork.
30 minutes of a body weight exercise program 5-6 times a week.
Aim for 80 ounces of water a day. That’s usually plain black tea for me.
Now – YOU and I can analyze just what our body likes in a plant based diet while abstaining from anything processed or containing fillers or sugar – etc etc.
