Part 1: This video shows you a quick trick to support the hip flexor for abdominal exercise. MS can wreck havoc on a person’s strength and endurance.

In my case I have severe weakness and fatigue in my left leg if I use that leg too much.

What’s too much?

About 15mins or less of any physical activity.

Even 2mins if I am engaging just my hip flexor, shin or foot.
