Tummy Ache Face!

Looks like my face when I have a tummy ache! 😖

Here are a few helpful remedies to get relief:

Fennel Tea

1. A good clockwise belly rub (the direction of your digestive path) add peppermint oil (2-3 drops to the lotion or oil you may use against your skin for a bonus during this treatment!

2. Stretching through your mid section

3. Do something physical and as simple as a brisk walk to encourage motility in the gut

4. Hydrate!

5. 1/4 – 1/2 baking soda in a glass of water. Avoid this treatment as a frequent remedy.
