Keto or not to keto??

These are 4 common issues with a standard keto diet:

Low veggies (cuz they have carbs)

Typically loads of conventional meat, dairy and eggs.

Focuses on butter/bacon

Acidic (too much protein)

Yes, you can have a more ketogenic diet but please increase your vegetable consumption, use organic meat ( I suggest using uswellnessmeats.com) use a high quality organic collagen (bone broth, hint hint). Get rid of dairy and pork (reduce pork 😇) More veggies will help alkaline you and balance your pH. Add more herbs to your food!

A ketogenic diet: A low-carb diet like the Atkins diet. The idea is for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates. You cut back most on the carbs, like sugar, soda and grains. (That’s a way too simple explanation)
