Gas and bloating is NOT normal!

Here are some foods to reduce these BAD symptoms:

Celery, Bananas (avoid ripe with brown spots), Ginger, Spinach and Cucumber.

Foods that increase these BAD symptoms:

Gluten, Legumes, Dairy, Apples (mainly red) and Carbonated drinks.
