Those that DON’T offer enough to break the fast: Fish oil, Cod liver oil, Multivitamin, Vitamin D, Adaptogens, Probiotics (best with food, so skip during pasting) Prebiotics (not including prebiotic foods..since you’re fasting) Mushroom supplements and Melatonin.
