Spring — is literally in the air!

It’s spring! For many this means hay fever and allergy problems. As I have aged I notice now that I often have sneezing fits in the spring when all the trees and flowers are blossoming and growing. Check out these essential oils as a natural ‘helper.’

– Lemon, Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea tree, Oregano and Frankincense.

You can dilute them in hot water and inhale the scented steam (2-5 drops), you can dilute in coconut oil as a scent to rub into your hands and then inhale (1-2 drops) and you can rub into your back or chest. Always use therapeutic grade oils and consult your healthcare practitioner if you’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Do a small skin test to test for sensitivities to the skin.
