Clean Fifteen

Updated happy clean fifteen list of the least – no pesticide treated fruits and veggies:

Asparagus, Avocados, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Frozen Sweet Peas, Honeydew, Kiwi, Mangos, Onions, Papayas, Pineapples and Sweet Corn.

BUT you should choose organic and non GMO when its available. I suggest avoiding corn especially if you already have a compromised immune system. GMO papaya as well.
