Don’t STRESS! Ok, well — we all have stress. So I can’t tell you not to stress. What I do recommend is managing how your body defends itself against stress. Do you eat ‘healthy’ food? Do you get enough exercise? Do you take quiet time just for yourself? Do you disconnect from technology? Do you have emotional support? How many toxic substances are you exposed to? These are all important factors in your body handling stress well. Make the effort to fix all the above questions with positive answers. You’ll find guidelines in The FLog Journal!
