Sauerkraut, good…or bad…

I was remembering recently how much I loved sauerkraut sautéed with onions, but I couldn’t pin point why I stopped making it. This was pre-FLog days so I didn’t have any records to look back on. I knew raw or cooked cabbage is bothersome for me. What about #pickled? So, I made some! Adding a few greens in there which I normally eat. It was DELICIOUS! #yum! and then….stinky #farts happened not long after eating this yummy dish and I knew that was why I stopped eating this! I had a sneaky suspicion….but, I had to test it out. Proof cabbage is on my NO list. Whether #fermented or not. #theflogjournal #foodtest #foodjournal
