Vegetable Broth Prep!

Vegetable broth prep! This mixes oh so well with my chicken bone broth! #notavegan but a #pegan It’s a thing! #broth for days and days. The FLog’s intermittent fasting protocol (for me) is at least in whatever order 48oz of broth and one very green smoothie from 9pm – 3pm. 18hr fast. Sleep through almost half of it! #intermittentfasting #wellness #guthealth #fatloss #healthybrain
