Intermittent Fasting

After a 25 hour fast this was heavenly food! Why fast so long? It wasn’t on purpose actually. My schedule got away from me. But I am always prepared with my broth while I fast. I wasn’t hungry until the last hour. My brain likes giving my digestive system long breaks between meals. I function the best while #fasting. #intermittentfasting #ketosis #ketones #energy
