Time for a (solid) food fast

Bye bye plate and fork! I won’t be using you for three days, starting today! Can I do it?! Can you??? Challenge yourself to a #guthealing #ketone producing fast. If, like me you’re not brave enough for a water fast, then use, tea, bone broth, lemon water and if you just can’t stand it have a green leafy smoothie. Ok….at least that’s what I’ll do cuz I already admitted to being a wimp. It will prepare me for next time and then I’ll get crazier and do NO smoothies. IMG_4341
