I used to give my arms and hands ice baths to calm my skin!

My bodies inflammation response to inflammatory foods used to be terrible eczema, then mild hives and now it appears to be joint pain. Although I consider this an improvement by my immunesystem I still am guided to choose the right non-inflammatory foods for my body. Listen to your body’s unique language.
